Most lead paint abatement requires old lead painted surfaces to be completely removed and replaced with brand new building material. Our reconstruction and related renovation work is performed by highly skilled EPA certified carpenters. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!
Prior to beginning abatement or remediation work all openings leading into work area are sealed using 6 mil polyethylene sheeting. Movable and fixed items in work area are covered with poly sheeting as well. Once abatement activities begin there will be continuous periodic cleaning throughout the duration of the job using HEPA filtered vacuums and wet wiping, Once abatement is complete a meticulous and final decontamination cleaning is performed in preparation for third party dust wipe clearance testing.
